Latura, a Singapore-based practice, provides this website, its diagnostics, and its other tools on the terms below. If anything is unclear, email contact@latura.sg.
Terms of use
Our tools and content are provided as-is for general information. Diagnostic results are indicative, not professional advice, and should be considered alongside your own judgement and any specialist advice you need.
Please do not scrape the site, disrupt or test its infrastructure without permission, or resell the services or their output. Reasonable personal and internal business use is welcome.
The content, design, and marks on this site belong to Latura unless we say otherwise. You may link to public pages, but you may not copy or present our material as your own.
We may update these terms as the site and tools change. The date on this page marks the latest revision. Keep using the site after an update, and the revised terms apply to you. Singapore law governs these terms.
Privacy
When you use a diagnostic, we store your responses to produce your result and improve the tools. The responses help us understand how the diagnostics perform and where they need work.
Contact details are optional in the diagnostics. Registration is required for the workbook download and workflow guide, with the collection purposes shown on those forms. You can browse the general parts of the site without registering.
Local browser storage saves diagnostic checkpoints, so you can pick up a session where you left off, and remembers your theme preference. This information stays in the browser you used unless you clear it.
For privacy questions or a request to remove information associated with you, email contact@latura.sg. Please include enough detail for us to identify the relevant information.
Workflow guide: registration and follow-up
The free workflow guide requires your name, designation, company, email and trial stage. You choose whether Latura should contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp; a phone number is required for phone or WhatsApp contact. Company UEN and a description of the help you need are optional.
Before access, you must actively accept the registration terms: Latura saves these details, your guide answers and edited plans, including unfinished attempts, and may contact you through your selected channel about your workflow and related Latura support. This is not a subscription to unrelated marketing. We record the wording and date of your acceptance.
Answers save as you work after registration. The page shows whether the latest changes have reached our server. Starting again creates a new attempt and retains the previous one. We also record Markdown, print-preview and help requests; these do not prove a file was saved, printed or acted on. Only authorised Latura administrators can view the private report and export your records.
Do not enter real incident details, client-confidential information or other people’s personal information. A browser access cookie lets you resume your latest plan in the same browser; sign out on shared devices. We remove workflow records after 12 months without activity. To stop follow-up, withdraw your agreement or request deletion, email contact@latura.sg. We will stop the requested contact; access to the general website remains available.
